Classes

This class will teach your Lil' Warriors the basics and discipline of martial arts, including forms, take downs and weapons. With high interaction and a fun atmosphere, your children will learn focus, self-control and will become better listeners. 

Lil' Warriors 4-8 years

Students can learn  Muay Thai/Kickboxing fitness to improve your overall fitness or take your training to another level to learn fighting techniques to compete.  This Martial Art is a great way to get in shape, learn self defense and strengthen your body. 

MUAY THAI

10 years to Adult  

This class will teach your child discipline and more complex martial arts forms, take downs and weapon techniques. Your child will grow in confidence and develop leadership skills on the mat and in everyday life. We also teach body and spacial awareness along with sparring techniques. Warriors in Training learn to be on time and focused in this fun, learning environment. 

Warriors in Training

9-13 years

2 weeks FREE KickFit, an exciting Kickboxing Fitness class. You can join for 30 minute sessions. If you feel like continuing, you can join another session.  

M-F starting at 6:30am and ending at 9:00am.

Evening classes from 8pm to 9:30pm.

New class every 30 mins.

Teens and Adults will learn martial arts in a highly structured, disciplined class. Students will learn advanced forms, take downs for self-defense purposes and sparring techniques.  These classes will help students learn to control their bodies and minds, plus they will get a good workout.

We believe in the homeschool values and we provide exclusive homeschool classes daily. Empty Hand Combat is certified for PE and extra curricular activities for Home School classes.

Burmese Thaing 

Thaing is a Burmese term used to classify the traditional martial arts systems of Myanmar (Burma). Students will learn forms, take downs and sparring techniques designed to defend themselves in real-life situations.

PRACTICAL SELF DEFENSE (QIN N/Naban)

Qin Na/Naban is the set of joint lock techniques used in Martial Arts to control or lock an opponent's joints or muscles/tendons so he cannot move, thus neutralizing the opponent's fighting ability. These practical self-defense techniques help our students to defend themselves in a variety of situations and are derived from Burmese Thaing, Kung Fu, and other Martial Arts.

Knife & Edge Weapons

Knife & Edge Weapons

Students will learn practical applications to defend themselves against weapons and forms using the weapons. These applications were developed by Master Cosmo Zimik along with other masters from different Martial Arts backgrounds of Thang- Ta, Burmese Thaing, Aikido, and Shaolin KungFu.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai, or literally, Thai Boxing, is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking using 8 limbs along with various clinching techniques. Students can learn Muay Thai for fitness in our Kickboxing Classes or learn techniques to compete in organized bouts.
